Terms of Service
These terms apply to ordering and using TitanShield.pro services including game servers, VPS, dedicated servers, support, refunds, credits, and changes.
Overview
By ordering from TitanShield.pro you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the services.
Ordering
- The customer is not obliged to make the payment after placing an order.
- The customer is not committed to anything and can stop paying at any time.
- Orders will be delivered within the advertised indication on our website, unless there is not enough stock.
- If the server turns out to be out of stock, it will be delivered within 8 days else a refund will be processed.
- TitanShield.pro will do its utmost to ensure that there is always enough stock.
- Pre-orders can't be refunded.
Game Server
- If the consumer does not renew the server, TitanShield.pro is authorized to shut down the server after it has been expired.
- If the consumer does not renew the server, TitanShield.pro is authorized to remove all data of this server, 3 days after the server is expired.
- Support with regard to plugins/resources and code is not guaranteed.
- TitanShield.pro is not responsible in case of data loss. The customer is responsible for making backups.
VPS
- The customer is not allowed to host or run any websites/programs that are prohibited under law, such as performing DDoS attacks, hosting illegal content, or copyrighted content.
- The customer is not allowed to send spam from TitanShield.pro servers.
- TitanShield.pro is not responsible in case of data loss. The customer is responsible for making backups.
- TitanShield.pro will not provide support for third-party apps but may sometimes offer guidance.
- TitanShield.pro is allowed to suspend the server if there is any illegal activity.
- It is not allowed to mine crypto on a VPS.
- CPU usage must follow fair use; excessive long-term usage is not allowed.
- It is not allowed to use a VPS as a proxy or tunnel traffic outside the network.
Dedicated Servers
- The customer is not allowed to host illegal programs, content, or websites.
- The customer is not allowed to send spam from servers.
- TitanShield.pro is not responsible for data loss; customers must make backups.
- No support for third-party apps, though guidance may be provided.
- Servers may be suspended for illegal activity.
- Dedicated servers cannot be used as proxies or tunnels outside the network.
Support
- Customers can open a ticket via Discord or email [email protected].
- Official response time is 24 hours (non-SLA), often faster in practice.
- Support is only provided for TitanShield.pro services.
- No support for third-party software.
Refunds
- Refunds are only granted according to the refund policy.
- Compensation is provided for service outages depending on duration (7 or 14 days credit).
- Full refund possible if downtime exceeds 72 hours.
- Customer-caused issues do not count as downtime.
- Issues must be reported via support channels.
- Refunds are denied for lack of knowledge ("I don't know how it works").
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days.
- Customers waive the right of withdrawal by ordering.
- Refunds must be requested through TitanShield.pro, not payment providers.
- Filing disputes via PayPal or credit card may result in immediate service termination.
Other Obligations of TitanShield.pro
- TitanShield.pro is not responsible for customer-hosted content.
- Illegal content or applications will be removed.
- TitanShield.pro is not responsible for data loss.
Force Majeure
- No party is obligated to fulfill obligations in case of force majeure, including war, riots, strikes, fire, flooding, power outages, network failures, DDoS attacks, or supplier issues.
Credits & Donations
- A donation panel allows players to donate money.
- €1 donation equals 110 credits (€1.10).
- Self-donation of credits is not allowed.
- Credits can only be used on TitanShield.pro services.
- Credits are non-refundable.
Changes
- TitanShield.pro may change the terms at any time.
- Changes will be announced via the Discord server.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in effect.
